- Does not own a classic or retro bike for one full year.
- Fails to attend important meetings for big events hosted by RBL without prior notice.
- Failure to contribute to the Monthly Contributions for two consecutive months.
Grounds for dismissal:
- Intentional disrespect toward the classic culture or community, including social media posts or actions that damage RBL’s reputation, such as group shaming, creating harmful videos, or libelous statements.
- Fighting, starting arguments within the group, or with others.
- Unauthorized collection or solicitation of money without admin approval.
- Falling under inactive member rules.
- Involvement in a reckless accident without taking responsibility for the damages.
- Misrepresentation of the Group: Any action, statement, or behavior—whether in-person, online, or through third-party interactions—that falsely portrays, damages, or misaligns the values and identity of Retro Boys Laguna (RBL) may be grounds for dismissal. This includes but is not limited to:
- Wearing official merchandise or using the group name to gain personal favors, perks, or sponsorships without admin knowledge or approval.
- Speaking on behalf of RBL in public forums, interviews, or social media without authority.
- Engaging in acts that suggest RBL supports or is affiliated with certain individuals, brands, events, or beliefs without proper clearance.
- Creating or sharing misleading content (e.g., edited photos, videos, or posts) that could confuse others about RBL’s mission, stance, or official announcements.
- Impersonating members or admin roles, or claiming responsibilities or titles that are not officially designated.
- Misleading prospects or other groups into thinking they are collaborating with or being endorsed by RBL when they are not.
